Joel Matip has admitted that some of his Liverpool team-mates will be looking to get 'payback' on Real Madrid after losing two Champions League finals in the last five years to the Spanish giants. Liverpool fans - who set off fireworks outside Real Madrid's hotel at 2am on Tuesday - will be hoping Jurgen Klopp's resurgent Reds can exact revenge on the LaLiga and European champions this time around. 'This week gave us the confidence to keep on going and get back to the way we played before, so hopefully it will be like this [against Real Madrid],' the Liverpool centre-back added. Of course the Champions League is always something special, but we want to show both here in the Premier League and the Champions League our best sides, and we will be ready.' Matip has insisted that despite the size and quality of Real Madrid, Liverpool 'will not hide' and 'will go for the win'.
