Martin Roberts is pumping half a million pounds of his own money into a new project that he is describing as the "most worrying" and "daunting" thing he has done to date. The Homes Under the Hammer presenter, a local to the Bath area, has committed to taking on the revitalisation of a local community in the Welsh Valleys. Martin says: "It's been a bit spiritual for me in lots of ways, I can't really explain it. Martin of course also loves property, and when the oldest farmhouse in the Rhondda Valleys was for sale, he felt it calling to him and he felt compelled to answer it.
